Visualize voting timeline

We see the number of votes casted in the admin dashboard, which can be used to determine how the election is progressing. But once the election is completed, we just have the final number and not the distribution of when these votes were casted over the period of the election. 

It'd be nice to have a graph where we can see patterns like when the majority of the votes were casted and so on.
