Update trace.json example to be fully valid

examples/trace.json misses a number of valid fields (according to the proto file):

• droppedAttributesCount
• droppedEventsCount
• events[]
• links[]
• droppedLinksCount

I also can't find anywhere that describes why / when these items would be dropped (this is probably more a documentation ticket)
