  • fix a bunch of Respec error, and prepare document for first public working draft.
  • add a snapshot for the first public working draft

I removed the definitions of the attributes in Discovery > Data Model
as we don't really need to refer to those definitions later
fix broken link, and simplify name of the comformance classes
note that Respec automatically fills link text with Section title and number

this was prompted by duplicate definitions of id. Furthermore, I don't think it is common to use dfn for fields in a data model.
